Prior to founding Saram Consulting, Duke served as the Sr. Director of IT at Bionova Scientific (now part of Asahi Kasei). Joining during the company's early startup phase, he played a foundational role in scaling its IT infrastructure from inception through exponential global growth.

During his tenure at Bionova, Duke orchestrated the IT due diligence and post-acquisition integration of four global sites, enabling large-scale facility expansions while maintaining strict adherence to GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 regulations. His leadership ensured that critical laboratory and quality systems—including ERP, LIMS, and QMS—remained fully validated and audit-ready.

Today, as the Founder of Saram Consulting, Duke leverages his deep expertise in CDMO environments to help life science companies navigate the modern IT landscape. His focus remains on aligning technology with business goals, ensuring that transformative tools like AI are implemented without compromising data integrity or regulatory compliance.
